FOR NEW ACCOUNTS: If you were just approved for processing, you will be contacted by someone in the tech dept. to reprogram your terminal.
FOR EXISTING MERCHANTS: If your terminal has lost programming you can contact the Help Desk @ 1-800-228-0210 OPT 2 They will trouble shoot the issue and build a NEW file if needed and download it. If they say the issue is the terminal in not good any more please contact 1-800-818-0420 Ext 1 between the hours of 10am – 7pm EST.
